La construcción de la reputación personal de los colaboradores en las organizaciones
Resumen
En este artículo se desarrolla un modelo conceptual alrededor de la reputación personal de los colaboradores en las organizaciones. Este constructo ha avanzado paulatinamente bajo el estudio del enfoque único (escala unidimensional). Sin embargo, el estudio de las variables predictoras y sus dimensiones con los diferentes tipos-dimensiones de la reputación personal en la literatura es casi inexistente. Por ello, aquí se realiza este abordaje de la literatura y se identifica que los predictores tales como la integridad percibida, el desempeño laboral, la habilidad política y sus dimensiones podrían estar asociados particularmente con los tipos-dimensiones de la reputación personal como son la reputación de tareas, la reputación social y la reputación de la integridad. Este artículo pretende pues dar continuidad a los trabajos relacionados con la evaluación de los predictores y la reputación personal a través del análisis de sus dimensiones y también, promover el estudio de la reputación personal mediante el empleo de la escala multidimensional propuesta por Zinko, Gentry y Laird. Por último, este manuscrito afirma que este modelo conceptual requiere análisis y pruebas empíricas.
